INFORMATION REGARDING JUDGE ZURZOLO CONFIRMATION HEARINGS
Judge Zurzolo’s courtroom is CLOSED to the public until further notice.

Judge Zurzolo is changing his hearing times for chapter 13 hearings, beginning in May 2021.
The new times are as follows:
INFORMATION REGARDING 341(a) MEETINGS
By order of the United States Trustee, until further notice, all Central District of California Chapter 13 §341(a) Meetings of Creditors will be conducted telephonically. All matters scheduled for April, beginning on April 13th, will be conducted by phone and/or by the web application, Zoom.
Please read the instructions below in order to attend the §341(a) Meeting of Creditors either by phone or online with the web application Zoom.
Please be advised that if you do not have a computer or a phone with Internet access, refer to the instructions below for attending the §341(a) Meeting of Creditors by phone.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO BEFORE THE 341(a) MEETING
Regardless of how the meeting is accessed, all debtors are required to do the following prior to the 341(a) meeting:
1. Make a copy of your Social Security card and driver’s license or state-issued ID.
2. Send the copy of your Social Security card and driver’s license or state-issued ID to the Trustee:

3. At least 2 days before the meeting, make sure you have your copy of the Amended Notice of §341(a) Meeting of Creditors handy. If you do not have it, please contact our office immediately:

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO ON THE DAY OF THE 341(a) MEETING
At least 15 minutes before the start of your scheduled hearing time, please do the following:
1. Get your copy of the Amended Notice of §341(a) Meeting of Creditors.
2. If you are attending the meeting online with the application Zoom: click on the “Attending the 341(a) Meeting of Creditors by Zoom”section below.
3. If you are attending the meeting over the telephone, click on "Attending the §341(a) Meeting of Creditors by Phone" section below.
- If you do not have a computer or phone with Internet access, please access the 341(a) Meeting of Creditors by calling in. To do so, simply follow the instructions below:
- 1. Call toll-free (888) 788-0099.
- 2. When prompted, enter the Meeting ID given to you. Please refer to your copy of the Amended Notice of §341(a) Meeting of Creditors for this information.
- 3. Hit "# (pound)" when prompted. Then, hit "# (pound)" again. You do not need to enter a Participant ID.
- NOTE: You will be admitted into the meeting when it is your turn, so please be patient and do NOT hang up.
- If you have a headset with a microphone, such as the headphones you speak on your mobile phone with, please read the instructions below.
- *NOTE: If you do not have a headset with a microphone, please read, “Accessing Zoom Online (without a Microphone)” below.
- 1. Visit the link provided to you in your copy of the Amended Notice of §341(a) Meeting of Creditors.
- 2. Install Zoom when prompted. If you are not prompted to install Zoom, click “Download and Install” as shown on the screen. Install the application.
- 3. After Zoom is installed, enter your name as listed on your driver’s license/state-issued ID. Click “Join Meeting."
- 4. Click “Join with Computer Audio.” You are now in the meeting “waiting room.” You will be admitted into the meeting when it is your turn, so please be patient.
- Accessing Zoom Online (without a Microphone):
- 1. Visit the link provided to you in your copy of the Amended Notice of §341(a) Meeting of Creditors.
- 2. Install Zoom when prompted. If you are not prompted to install Zoom, click “Download and Install” as shown on the screen. Install the application.
- 3. After Zoom is installed, enter your name as listed on your driver’s license/state-issued ID. Click “Join Meeting.”
- 4. Click “Phone Call” in the box that appears. Click “Done.”
- 5. On your phone, dial: (888) 788-0099.
- 6. When prompted, enter the Meeting ID given to you on your copy of the Amended Notice of §341(a) Meeting of Creditors. Hit “# (pound)” and then hit “# (pound)” again.
- You are now in the meeting “waiting room.” You will be admitted into the meeting when it is your turn, so please be patient and do NOT hang up.
